The stay was great. The surrounding construction made it a pain to get to, but it was worth it. Definitely would stay again.

Highly recommended! We'll do it again!

The hotel is definitely up to Westin standards, but if you are interested in seeing DC, this hotel is probably NOT the one for you! The closest Metro is West Falls Church, and you have to use the shuttle to get there. The problem with the shuttle is that it ends at 10pm. Bad for seeing any sporting events or enjoying dinner in DC! It was a $10 cab ride […] to get from the Metro station to the hotel. Also, the hotel walls are very thin, and people at very early hours made lots of noise at very early hours on both mornings of my stay. Mehr

The stay was pleasant up until Wednesday night when the hotel clerk booked my room out from under me and then told me none too politely that I had to move my stuff to another floor/room. After speaking with the manager who did not know what clerk had called the dispute was settled and no moves were made. lots of noise in hallways on Wednesday night […] due to teenagers staying in the hotel and the security guards were not doing their jobs. All of the staff were exceptional, but this is a very old property and it shows. The hotel is highly susceptible to exterior noise (and I was on the 10th floor) and the room temperature was difficult to regulate despite the digital controls. The carpet is worn, and the elevators were temperamental.

Arrived at hotel around 9pm and did not want to go out for food but very little to choose from at the hotel for grab and go. I didn't not want an expensive sit down dinner and did not want to sit in the bar with my 17 year old son. Not happy with available food. Also elevators were small, slow and not efficient for a hotel this size. The bedding was […] the most comfortable I have ever had...wanted to transfer it to my home. Mehr

We got the great deal. and it's over our expectation. comfortable smell when you walk in lobby. the reception is quick, easy and with manners Room is clean, Super comfy matresses, location is super, 20-25 minutes to downtown DC. with restaurants and mall surroundings. I would definately recommend this hotel and would go back in the future for sure~

My husband and I stayed for ten days at this hotel during that time we saw the daily business within. This is definitely not a hotel for a longer stay of a weekend or more days. The reception area seems busy most days due to tour groups and wedding, birthday functions. But, the lifts were dirty - figure prints on the stainless steel doors and walls, […] carpets not clean. The room we were given on arrival was on the 8th floor which is reserved for Starwoods Preferred Guests. However, it faces the main road construction work sites and it was noisy through the day and night. So, on the second day we asked for a change and we were relocated to the 6th floor, a room facing the car park. The housekeeping service was a mayhem. Too many bottles of shampoo and conditioner were replaced daily but don't expect shower caps and bodywash which with common sense guests will use daily. Many times, the bath towels were removed without fresh replacements. We had to ask for towels in the morning before we could get a shower! The coffee maker provided in the room were left without any cups, sugar or stirrers. Again, we had to ask for them. We had stayed in other Westin Hotels around the world and this one is, by far, not up to the standard and quality expected of this group. We would have left the hotel if we had not paid for it in full already. Mehr

What a nice, safe hotel. I travel alone and that is important. Extremely clean and the bed was fabulous. Good times.

One problem encountered in the BAR. Lots of small unaccompanied by adults were sitting at the bar and carrying on. It was not relaxing and I told the Bartender that children should not be in the adult longe and sitting at the bar without parents. I had to talk to several people before the moved the children. There was some kind of meeting in the hotel […] and parents were in the dinning room and let their children wander to the bar to watch TV. Mehr

We stayed here while attending an event at the Kennedy Center. The room was well appointed and very clean/comfortable. Followed our stay with bruch at Clyde's of Tysons Corner (highly recommended and shopping...both nearby.

Brief trip to area, and a great find. Staff were very helpful. Wish I could have stayed longer. Five stars.

Customer Service at Westin Tysons Corner was excellent. I will recomend Westin Tysons Corner again and again. I look forward to my next stay! "And it's only 4 miles away from Dogfish Head Alehouse too!"

Convenient location, free parking, clean room but noise traffic from 495. The hotel should install sound proof windows.

This hotel offered great friendly service. Very clean. Convient location.

Perfect location...enjoyed our stay. Had NO issues AT ALL!! Would stay here again when in the DC area!

I loved my stay here at the Westin! :) I am a college student for out of state, so being able to enjoy my stay in a super nice hotel was wonderful! They have wonderful staff! The hot showers were amazing! Oh, did I mention?... the beds are to die for!! LOVED MY STAY!

I stayed at the Weston at Tysons Corner VA for 10 days. The bed was wonderful! I slept better than I had for a long time. The room was very clean, too. Room service was spendy; food inconsistently good. All else was great... staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is probably one of the best Ive ever been to, everything was fantastic. I was there at a non-peak time, which only made it an even better experience.

VERY NICE HOTEL

clean and friendly staff, and indoor swimming pool is a plus for kids.

Overall, we had a very nice stay. The hotel was in a great location, nicely decorated and the staff very helpful. Our only issue was that the pool is open for business travelers during the week and was closed at 11 am when we wanted to swim with our children.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Westin. We chose the hotel because of its close proximity to the interstate as we were leaving very early on our date of departure. The hotel was very nice and clean and the customer service was wonderful! We wish we could have stayed there longer!

Was looking for a bargain rate when I booked this hotel. I got more than I expected. Great holiday price and friendly, helpful staff. If you catch this at special rates like I did, there is no better hotel value available. Loved it!

found a chunk of used paper towl between comfortor and sheet. Feels it should be more clean.

Great hotel. Very close to the mall. Heaven beds are the best thing ever.

Lovely hotel, my only issue is the crazy amount of paper work I had to sign for my dog. I've traveled with dogs all over the US at similar and more and less expensive hotels and never have I ever had to fill out so much documentation. It's just a dog, its not an elephant.

nice hotel, friendly staff, good room. Allows for pets. As a family with kids we ended up on 3rd floor which is the only level where guests with pets end up as well. I would have preferred a different level where pets are not allowed if I had known before. Not a major problem though. I would go there again. Short drive to Tysons Corner shopping mall […] (I believe there is also a shuttle service). Located next to interstate, but room was quiet. Direct neighborhood does not offer anything, Iconsidered Tysons Corner as neighborhood for rating. Mehr

For the price I found on hotels.com, these rooms are a very good deal. The rooms were as comfortable as any hotel room I've ever been in (especially the beds) and the staff was great as well (friendly and helpful). At the price I paid, I would stay here any time I'm in the area.

Hotel was clean and Modern. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Hotel is right off a busy highway so staying on a high floor facing away from the highway is a must. Tyson's Corner is 5 minutes away with plenty of things to do.
