Das Hotel hat uns rundum gefallen. Junges, nettes und aufmerksames Personal und eine überaus gut sortierte Bar. Schallschutz awr sehr ordentlich.

Die Einzelzimmer sind für die Preise viel zu klein

Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich - Zimmer klein, Bad könnte sauberer sein, Keine Klimaanlage, im Sommer sehr heiss. Zimmer zur Strasse sind laut weil das Fenster wegen der Wärme offen sein muss. Ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist es nicht - ich würde 3 Sterne geben

Das Bristol hat mich mit seinem jungen Team und dem tollen Service überzeugt. Hilfreich unkompliziert einfach klasse. Am meisten war ich jedoch von der Küche überrascht. hier wurden selbst Sonderwünsche erfüllt und das Essen war Spitze. Da ich sehr oft in Frankfurt übernachte und auch Essen gehe kann ich sagen, das war eines der besten. Weiter so.

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Es wirkt neu und modern. Leider hat man mir ein Raucherzimmer gegeben, die Gardinen könnten mal gewaschen werden und eine Klimaanlage wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen. Aber es lag mitunter an meinem MInizimmer zu einem günstigen Preis. Alles problemlos gelaufen, late check out geht leider nicht […] und ich habe verzweifelt nach einem Drucker gesucht im Hotel. Also, mit ein wenig mehr workstation und Sauberkeit schon sehr zu empfehlen. Mehr

Sehr zufrieden generell ausser Bar und Biergarten im kuscheliegen Hof waren geschlossen wegen geschlossener Gesellschaft. Nach 5 Stunden Autofahrt ist es nicht fair wenn man nicht mal ein Bier an der Bar trinken darf.

Kleine sehr bescheidene, kein Ersatz von Duschgels, lärmige Ventilation, kein freier Internetzugang, schlecht organisiertes Frühstücksbuffet! Das soll ein 4-Sterne Hotel sein, niemals!

Das Hotel liegt 10 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Obwohl das Viertel sehr speziell ist liegt das Hotel an guter Lage. Das Interieur ist sehr stylisch und auch die Frühstückszeiten sind sehr angenehm (bis Mittag). Die Bar ist auch weiter zu empfehlen.

So the best part of this hotel are the people that work here. The rooms are small, but modern. I would recommend it, if you are not in need of a lot of room. The front desk and bar staff are truly friendly, helpful, good intentioned and very sweet. The best part of this hotel are the people for sure. You will be happy you gave them your business.

Good hotel, good service and good breakfast. They even had bottle of bubbly at breakfast if you want a kick start for the day.

Great location for exploring. Free wifi very slow. The bar area reeks of smoke. (but not the corridors or rooms).

This hotel is in a slightly grotty area but is within easy walking distance of the main railway station, is clean, cheap and the service was excellent. I was allowed to book in early and book out late without added cost. Room was small but well equiped, clean and quiet.

Hotel was comfortable but needs to be updated . Keyboard in the room had keys missing and lighting could of been better. Sound profoing could be better between rooms!! Breakfast was very good with a good selection on offer with the added bonus of crispy bacon! Staff were very polite and were very helpful and warm. My partner left his phone in the hotel […] and they rang the airport , which i think wouldnt happen here in the uk. Service excellent just needs some more updating if they want to charge as much as they do when shows are on! Mehr

was travelling from the UK to Canada and had a layover for one night in Frankfurt. This place was easy to find from the Hauptbahnhoff and great location for getting to the Christmas Market after we had set down our bags in the room. Room was small but comfortable, all that you need for a one night sleep. Breakfast was INCREDIBLE and well worth the […] extra you might pay for a booking here - buffet style from 6:30 with all the delicious German fare you could dream of. Definitely nice to have our bellies full before setting out on the second leg of our journey. highly recommend this place Mehr

Fantastic breakfast buffet. Really nice breakfast room with lots of light, and a view to the beautiful garden. Great staff. Single rooms are very small, double rooms are quite big.

Surrounding area is a little dodgy, need to be aware of who is around you. A few people begging and drinking, Hauptbahnhofs often have that problem. Room is fine, on the small side but fine for one person. Breakfast was disappointing and the staff were so slow, bored and uninterested in the breakfast room. I would like to see the breakfast room cleaner, […] there was a problem with fruit flies on the bread which was left out for toast, I mentioned this to one of the staff and he shrugged and said, yes, we dont know where they keep coming from. Surely the first thing would be to put a lid over the bread?? The buffet got quite messy quickly, yoghurt in large bowls isnt hygenic, should have individual pots sitting in ice. The bar is nice for a drink in the evenings. Short walk to the tram and just 2/ 3 stops to the Messe. Hotel is fine if you get a good deal price wise. Mehr

Excellent hotel with great service in all areas. I stayed 1 night in a single room - very comfortable king single bed; free wifi and all conveniences. Convenitently located near HBF - exit station by walking along platfor 24 to end and hotel is in front of you. Excellent breakfast - great value for money. Will stay again and for longer.

The location cannot be beaten - it is almost next to the train platforms at Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. The hotel building is quite modren and stylish. The staff are helpful. The only negative - my room did not have airconditioning, so I had to rely on a fan to keep cool, as it can get very stufffy in the rooms.

Literally. Thomas and Felix are the best bartenders ever. They take the utmost care in making sure that your drink is perfect. Great music and atmosphere. Great attention to detail. Highly recommended.

There is no A/C. So it can get real hot!

Clean rooms if a little small. Very helpful staff. Close to transport, Close to museums. Everything within walking distance. Very good breakfast included.

This is a 1 star hotel. I do not recommend it. The breakfast buffet looked like the best part, but it started too late for us to enjoy since we had to catch a train to the airport. Most of the breakfast buffets start at 6 am, but this one does not. The hotel does not have air conditioning in the room and it was HOT. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom […] is VERY SMALL. The safe is hard to use, and the big key to the room was hard to manage in your pocket. You have to use an actual key to lock and unlock your door, even from the inside. We booked this hotel because of a review in a tourism book. It was 180 degrees off. This is not a place I would stay every again. Stay anywhere but here in Frankfurt. Mehr

Great location -- jext next to the main train station. It is also beautifully designed. The hotel staff could be warmer to make the experience complete.

Hotel room had no air conditioning and even in early May the room felt uncomfortable. Would avoid staying in this hotel during the warmer months. Other than this, the hotel stay was enjoyable.

It is really nice and comfort hotel . Close to train station and convience to the downtown area . Good breakfast .

The room is not very big, but clean and neat.

I like the vibe of this trendy hotel (think Budah Bar) near the train station. Mixed neighborhood which adds to the urban feel. I wouldnt recommend the hotel for kids. And yes, as other reviews noted the breakfast is great. The carpet could use a good scrubbing from one too many late night room parties. Small but functional bathroom.

Good price, easy location, funky hotel with good breakfast. Stylish enough for this price bracket, with enough extras like internet, etc to make it feel worthy. The neighbourhood is no worry, and it's a quick walk to the Haupbahnhof, your gateway to this city. This place has good vibe to it, I'd happily recoomend it.

The lobby stank to high heaven of cigarettes. But that aside the hotel is very nice and modern. The room was very small, but made incredible use of the space and was actually comfortable in light of that.

This hotel was great - great breakfast, easy location (two minute walk from the Hbf), good cable channels, reasonable price. We were very happy with it. But then, after we got home, a weird bill arrived (in English) saying that the cleaning woman noticed that the "fixture of the positioner" in our room was missing, along with a receipt saying they had […] charged our credit card 15 euros. I have no idea what that is (can't imagine what German words they're translating), but I'm pretty sure we didn't steal it. I'm waiting to see how quickly they refund my money, but the whole thing is a hassle in any case. Mehr

What you get is a relatively small, but very clean and functional room. There are two excellent elevators which are large for European standards. There is satellite television which had mainly German channels, but there was also a channel that was showing football in Spanish. There is a free 256 kb wireless internet connection which is plenty fast for […] surfing, but wouldn't be great for major downloading. They have a very good breakfast in a stylish dining room, and that too is included with the room tariff. The hotel is located about 200 or 300 meters from the central train station where you can access public transit. Overall, this hotel provided the best price-quality rapport of any that I've frequented in recent years. In Paris, Brussels or Amsterdam, you would pay north of 125 Euros per night for this type of facility, but in Frankfurt you get it at half the cost. Truly amazing deal. Mehr

A pleasant and relaxing stay. The main concern on reading the reviews pertained to the location which in fact was not too bad though perhaps somewhat deserted come late evenings which can feel unsafe but we did not run into any problems really. The convenience of being barely 5 minutes walking from the train station certainly outweighs any drawbacks […] of the area in my opinion. The hotel otherwise is nicely decorated and feels modern and fresh. The breakfast offered good variety and decent quality. Overall, for the price this represented very good value for money and I would certainly go back there in the future should the opportunity arise. Mehr

Reasonably priced, great breakfast buffet, small rooms but nicely furnished. Close to the train station but not in the red light district. Not too much of anything right around the hotel but that made for a quiet neighborhood. Nice walk into the city center.

Guud experience. Very good service, from the girls in reception. Arranged quickly extra pillow, fax and tea even when bar was closed during holiday. Room was smaller than our usual experience but modern furnish. Normally we would be out during the day but my wife was sick so we were in the room all day and normaly like it warmer. In the evening the […] temp. came up. Hotel was also very close to the main railroad station. Must again boast that the receptionist knows what the meaning of service is. As mentioned by all - this hotel is located very close to the main train station (HBF) which makes it very easy to get to to and from the train. Breakfast variety is huge and the rooms are ok. The only thing we didn't like about the rooms was the odd shower setup which has a half-open door that cannot be closed. Other than that it's very good.

Surrounding and Room space is really small and aeeful. If you're enjoying a sleep, you need to close your eyes.
