Das Hotel liegt in einer nicht sehr vertrauenswürdigen Gegend in Hamilton downtown. Die Bäder sind dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung.

Right across the road, which was great after the concert. Walking distance from great restaurant - LaLuna Quiet room

The beds at the Radison were the best ever, you sunk right into the bed it was the best sleep ever the pool and hot tub were amazing , but overall I would stay there just for the beds what an amazing sleep I had thanks sheridan.

Alot of construction work, thats all I heard all morning.

Lovely recently refurbished hotel. Two issues that were resolved very professionally. Noise issue with young couples "partying" quickly resolved with security. Two was related to long wait for room service. Manager personally called to explain and apologize.

The room wasn't ready when checking in. Would not suggest using this hotel for a wedding party, or after a wedding due to this. The women at reception were completely rude about the room not being ready, and kept us in the dark for roughly half an hour when figuring it out. After making this reservation months in advance, this was unacceptable.

Hotel itself is great. The room/bathroom are old. Was there 25 years ago. Thing changed I guess. Excellent location, right downtown Hamilton. Bathroom /room need some current touches.

great hotel. if you are attending an event at Copps, its literally right next door. :)

I was in Hmailton for less than 24 hours and was comfortable here, however I paid extra for free wifi and it didn't work. That was my only complaint. Friendly staff.

I SHALL NEVER AGAIN STAY AT THE SHERATON IN HAMILTON, ANY SHERATON FOR THAT MATTER. FOR THE PRICE PAID, FOR THE ROOM WE GOT - DISGUSTING. OLD BATTERED FURNITURE, STAINED CARPET, THE HALLWAYS/ROOM SMELT LIKE GARBAGE THAT NEEDED TO BE CHANGED. ICE MACHINE ON THE FLOOR DID NOT WORK, NEITHER DID THE ONE ABOVE OR BELOW. WHEN CALLED THE FRONT DESK ASKING […] WHICH ONES WERE IN WORKING CONDITION, HER ANSWER ONES "ANY OTHER FLOORS THAN YOURS OBVIOUSLY" WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, WILL NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The hotel was fantastic! The front desk was great, friendly, and very accommodating. They actually looked like they were having a fun time! My room was exceptionally clean, and oh so comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyable. The ONLY thing that I had a problem with, was the rude woman that answered the phone for room service. I understand that you have an […] enormous amount of guests to take orders from, but you could at the very least SOUND like you're not rushing us off the phone to go and do something more important. The room was very expensive for what we received

Staff was awesome, but the room was very old and shabby. Heard that they are renovating floor by floor, but our room was definitely in need of a reno. Beds were very comfortable

We stayed in a 17th floor "club level" hotel room, which had good quality beds and other accoutrements, with an excellent view of the city. We paid a bit more for it. We only had the breakfast, which was more than adequate. Very convenient downtown location.

for a hotel of this caliber, you really don't get much for your stay. wifi, local phone calls, and anything else that is usually free in all other hotels costs you. Booking the hotel for a work trip, i see desks in the rooms, however i get to my room and there was no chair to use. food was way to overpriced, the staff were very unfriendly and rude […] and cursed a lot. if it wasn't for the fact of convenience as i had to walk across the street for my business, i would not be happy in the least bit. To make it even better our room was right next to a elevator and was very very noisy when attempting to sleep. Mehr

A motel room that was the most comfortable, accurate room temperatur and an amazing huge washroom, and a luxurious shower

Good bits: - walk through the lobby to the mall where there's also a local farmer's market four days a week - didn't go exploring the city centre but the hotel was quite close - across from the art gallery - free shuttle to and from Ancaster Old Mill where we were guests at a wedding - Sheraton is part of the Starwood chain and I'm an SPG member (though […] on this particular occasion I'd redeemed my points from MBNA Travel Elites card for the one-night stay) - there was an iron in-room so we didn't have to ask for one - comfy beds, clean room, and we were put on the newly renovated 11th floor (we were told that half the hotel was recently renovated and the other half was not, not sure what the other half is like) - we had a view of the water from our room, but being Hamilton there were also steel mills, run-down buildings and factories... - checkout was easy and pleasant (although our friends got "express checkout" and we didn't, not sure why) - complimentary underground parking Little things we noticed: - TV was not plugged in and there was a separate power indicator button that had to be pushed in (no instructions), remote control battery was low so it was hard to watch TV - there was no pen and only one sheet of note paper - no mini bar though there were two large bottles of water with a price tag of $4.50 on each - no box for the comment card (I wrote down a couple of other little things which I don't remember anymore) so I gave mine to the front desk. Overall we enjoyed our stay but we were only there overnight for a wedding and everything was fairly standard of what you would expect of a Sheraton. If your expecting to check in and walk the streets, don't.

Hamilton may not be the first choice for a stayover generally but this actually benefitted us as we virtually had the breakfast to ourselves as well as dinner the night before. Sterling service and the concierge was faultless. Bed comfortable and room spacious. Location in the centre of things and secure underground parking was a bonus. Expensive and not worth the money. Stayed in another hotel for half the price. They had complimentary breakfast, free wifi in the room and the staff was very friendly. This hotel had payed wifi, expensive breakfast, it was not al that special for that money.
