"Great Staff"
Surprised at the condition of the hotel, (chips in sink, torn wallpaper, loose outlets, etc). Had to unplug/plug the TV to turn it on, (remote may have needed a battery?) & unplugged the TV to turn it off. Just like the other reviews, the staff was very friendly!
Plan to stay at this hotel on my next visit, price is right and is close to shopping and plenty of restaurants.
The hotel was very accomadating to myself and daughter with our infant grandaughter. They supplied a playpen for her . the fact that we had to spend a few extra days they left us in our original rooms and the staff were very pleasant. Only one main thing was that the tub was very dirty my daughter scrubbed it with 2 magic erasers to even make it presentable […] to bathe the baby in . but all in all it was a pleasant stay. "Great Location but substandard hotel"
Pool was dirty and pool towels were so old and rough you could use them to exfoliate your skin; bathroom in room was dirty; front desk service not helpful--watched us wander in the lobby looking for the pool area but said nothing and we had to finally ask for directions and then come back and ask for towels.

"Nice Hotel"
Location is directly off the interstate, kind of awkward to get into, but overall the hotel was nice and the price was right. Large room, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay again.
Convenient location, close to HWY 401. Shopping and restaurants close by. Staff friendly and helpful and check in was easy. Room comfortable but older building.

I did not stay that night , i saw my room and left!; the smell of cigarets and humidity combine are present in the hallway and goes in to the room, the outdated bed cover had a hole, the tv is old, the carpets are dirty. unkempt old hotel. needs major overhaul. my room had a pull out couch notably stained that you can find at the curb side. dirty carpeting. I've stayed in cheaper cleaner hotels. Not in keeping with other Ramada's.
"Front Desk"
We were happy with everything about our stay except the lack of prfessionalism at the front desk. No-one was at the front desk when we arrived and it seemed like forever for someone to appear and check us in. We had a paid reservation or we would have left and gone elsewhere. No apologies were given. When we checked out the front desk had an attendant […] there but he was buttoning his shirt and tying his tie as he was checking us out. I realize that the modern way is casual but I do think finishing dressing on the job is uncalled for. Mehr

"Just Alright"
When I walked into the lobby, I was the only customer in there but the staff were very busy talking to each other and didn't greet me until I was at the desk. It was like I was interupting them! It is an older motel/hotel and the entry ways were not very accesible--we had a stroller and baby paraphanila. The shampoo had been used and not thrown out […] but left for us, on the counter. Yum. The tub was black on the bottom and had some mildew. There was writing on the restaurant menu next to the bed. The hotel used glass drinking glasses and mugs. I understand about being environmentally friendly but seeing that cleanliness lacked I did not use the glasses. The fridge and microwave were VERY clean though, so that was great. Overall I was not impressed with the cleanliness. The beds were really soft and of course the knob was broken on the heater and when I thought I was decreasing the heat I actually increased it and the room was very hot when we returned from our outing!! I was able to fix the knob and cool the room. the price was pretty good though. For a name like Ramada--I was not impressed. Mehr

The rating on this hotel is not accurate. The hotel maintenance is severely lacking. The carpets need to be cleaned. The wallpaper is peeling off in places. The bathtub drain was missing. The hotel rating should be a one not a 3 star rating.

The hotel was nice. The room was spacious. It was just VERY cold when we got in. It took a long time for it to heat up.
This hotel is right off the highway which is conveint for a traveing family. Room was clean. Hallway smelt like smoke but the room didn't so it didn't bother us. Beds were comfortable. We asked for a crib or pack-n-play to be placed in the room online but it wasn't there when we arrived. Not a big deal to call front desk and have it brought to the room. The hotel was fairly clean and comfortable. The ice machine was broken with no directions to where we could get ice. They said there was room service in the afternoon but when we looked at the folder for service, they did not have room service until dinner time. "Alright hotel for the price"
The hotel was alright for the price. Friendly staff. Windows in the room were very rattlely bathtub constantly ran water. Rooms were clean, pool was very clean. Would recomend if you dont want to spend alot of money. Would suggest going elsewhere if looking for an up-to-date hotel

"Quiet, comfortable, safe, somewhat dated"
No complaints here really...it was very quiet, clean, comfortable and in a safe area of town. Staff were efficient and polite. The overall design of the hotel and rooms is very dated, 80's looking furniture and carpets. But for a few nights business trip stay it was fine.

The front lobby is a front for a complete disgusting out dated room. The room was not cleaned properly. I felt like the bathroom was out of a poor housing project development in a third world country. The tap ran constantly in both the tub and the sink. The towels in the bathroom were ripped and very well used. The walls of the rooms were so thin I […] could here 2 men talking at 4am and chewing their breakfast. The hotel was easy to find beside the 401. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were up to standard. Overall as a motel/hotel for the travelling person everything was adequate.

Though adequate, this Ramada hotel does not live up to the Ramada name, e.g. the sink had many surface cracks in it; the office chair had two, clearly visible gashes in it; the bathtub sink was thickly rimmed with built up old soap goo. The room curtains were ripped which was quite noticable from the parking lot which was not shoveled. The bath tub had stains in it I would not recommend this to anyone.

My boyfriend and I needed a place to stay for one night. The purpose of our trip was to travel to another destination. This hotel was right beside highway 401. The outside of the hotel needs some repair. It was not as nice looking as surrounding hotels but we figured it did not matter much as long our room was clean. Upon arrival the young lady at […] the front desk was very very pleasant and helpful. We were not familiar with the area and she was able to direct us to restaurants that were within walking distance as well as recommendations of restaurants/pubs in downtown London. The inside of our room was spacious with a king size bed and a pull out couch as well as a desk. The bonus was the microwave and mini fridge. It was evident that the washroom was a little outdated though. The bathtub did not look very clean and the counter top looked like it needed a renovation desperately. The room was clean which was most important. The lamps inside the room were outdated. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. My only real complaint would be the server at Chelsea's (restaurant inside the hotel). She was not very pleasant. We asked her to charge our bill to our room which she gladly accepted. By the time we reached the front desk the new girl working the day shift stopped and accused us of not leaving a credit card on file in order that they could charge our food too. My boyfriend pointed out that they in fact had our credit card information. Instead of apologizing or admitting she had made a mistake she proceeded to tell us we had to make sure to return to authorize the credit card transaction before 12pm which she made sure to point out was check out. We were a little put off by this behaviour as we knew checkout was noon and in no way were we trying to scam our breakfast from the restaurant. Aside from this, I would return to this hotel if I needed to crash for a night and would not be spending a lot of time in the room. We did receive an excellen Mehr
