Das Crown Plaza Beverly Hills ist Insgesamt nicht schlecht die Zimmer insbesonder die Badezimmer sind schon etwas in Jahre gekommen. Die lage ist nicht besonders gut da sie am unteren ende von Berverly Hills liegt. Ein Auto ist Pflicht wer nicht ständig Taxifahren will, der Parkplatz ist mit 25 Dollar auch eher teuer da man rundherum auf der Strasse […] Parkieren kann. Ich würde das Hotel nicht empfelen da es für das was es bietet zu teuer ist. Mehr

No issues to speak of here, the staff are very good and the hotel is in reasonable condition, the bathroom walls sweat because there is limited ventilation during a hot shower but that's not a real issue.

After using hotels.com with this stay it was alot better. you will get the top floor with view and discount parking. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend staying here if you like saving a few bucks.

We were moved 3 times in the 1st hour......all the rooms the same....SO WAY UNDER AVERAGE. Not good area and OVER PRICED.

For an affordable, clean, and comfortable, not to mention friendly atmosphere. Close to all surrounding areas you'd like to visit. Just a few blocks from the famous Rodeo Drive (10 minute walk), this is the place to stay if you want to sight see and see what LA has to offer. Close to downtown LA (15 min by car), Hollywood (10 mins), Santa Monica (15 […] mins), Venice Beach, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Rodando Beach, Maliblu, (all 25 mins) etc. We definitely picked the right place to stay!! I had selected this hotel as it was located within walking distance to Rodeo Drive. It is also only 20 minutes away from the LAX airport. My only disappointment with this hotel was on my last nights stay when I failed to receive the 7:30am wake up call I had requested! Our recent stay at your hotel was very pleasant. The singular most important thing that stands out is the friendliness and courtesy that we received at the registration desk when we checked in. The woman behind the desk who just so happens to be Black could not be more helpful. She immediately made us feel welcome and went out of her way to see to it […] that all our needs were being met. In addition to the assistance that we received in checking in we also found that the staff manning the dining facility most friendly. We used the full breakfast buffet and found the food excellent. The coffee was immediately poured for us when we were seated. Appropriate music was played over the loud speaker during the meal at a level that was not intrusive. Would recommend the hotel to others and would most certainly stay as a guest on future visits to Los Angles. Mehr

The staff throughout the hotel was very friendly and appeared to be well trained in customer service. The front desk staff was excellent for both check in and check out.The 12th floor 'club' room was adequate but not the caliber of decor or ambiance that one would expect. The pool area was clean.

This hotel is in a great location but is in a dire need of a redesign and update. Room was large and fairly comfortable but they need to upgrade the look of the space.

Service from the friendly valet and front desk staff was fast, polite, and exemplary. Within minutes of checking into our room, we received a phone call asking if there was anything we needed. After inquiring about a late check out, they quickly called back and were very accomodating. The free WiFi was one of the reasons I chose the Crowne Plaza Beverly Hills, along with the great reputation of Crowne Plaza hotels around the world. Don't be fooled - this one is nothing like the others. Also the free WiFi is 512kb. That's right - enough to load two googlemaps pages before you have used it up. Then they upsell you to their paid WiFi. […] This place is a rip-off. The shower did not work, and the bathtub drain did not drain. Never again. Mehr

Great hotel for business people. Parking is very comfortable and accessible. The rooms are super spacious. Wi-fi is easy and accessible too. The staff is very willing and the business center is a great addition to the stay. My only complaint were the people next door. Although they were staying in a non-smoking room, they would put a do not disturb […] sign and smoke again and that would seep into my room. Mehr

The hotel was nice. Nothing special, but clean, the staff was friendly, and the people were quiet. The only thing I didnt like was that I had to pay for each and every toiletry that i forgot - i.e. shaving cream, toothpaste, razor, etc. Plus - around a lot of good food, and the street is really quiet so no interrupted sleep.

Nice hotel with all facilities and very courteous staff. Our stay at this hotel was very comfortable.

Shower would not drain. Maintenance responded fairly quickly. Difficult to get consistent hot water. Had to run a long time sometime. Told staff but they were not optimistic they could fix it - and didn't.

We stayed here for six nights recently and thought it would be great as I've been to this hotel in years passed. I was sorely disappointed. They messed up my reservation and although they upgraded the room at no charge they only came to clean twice after I made repeated requests ! That was absolutely gross. The service really depended on who was on […] staff that night and unfortunately only two workers stood out as helpful. The rest were a little obnoxious and really not helpful at all. I would recommend if you need the area (which we did) but not for a luxe vacation. Mehr

I would recommend this hotel for its location and if all you plan on doing is needing a place to sleep and shower. For the price, you should get at least a small continental breakfast or a cup of coffee, but you have to pay extra for all that in their onsite restaurant. Property needs to be updated because you will hear everything your neighbors say […] and do, all night long! Mehr

Nice location away from Beverly Hills but close enough to walk to coffee shops and stores. A bit noisy at night and early in the morning though. Good fitness equipment, staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice restaurant with reasonably good food. The wait staff was charming and I had dinner there both nights.

1- very old hotel, 2- they charge $20/night for parking !!! 3- I rather to stay in Marriott with that price and have a nice breakfast!!!

FIrst of All i would like to start with the fact that the Hotel charges you 20 dollars to park in their own parking garage. This was a business trip so Internet is crucial to me. The wireless internet was awfully slow that i had to go find a coffee shop to get some decent internet access. The place is pretty old but it has a good location. My sheets […] had some weird smell, the smell that comes out of things that are usually washed on very old machines and little detergent. House keeping is loud as heck, 8 a.m. and you can hear them on the hallway. The hotel provides you with a sleeping mask and ear buds but c'mon ..if you are paying for a room that is supposed to be of good rating i really don't expect to have to place things in my ears to be able to sleep. Last ( biggest issue) i come back home and i find out that they charged me 30 dollars for who knows what. I contacted the hotel directly so that they can explain me the extra charges . but according to the receptionist there is no one available that can take my call. They give me a number to call where i can get questions answered. NO one picks up the phone. I leave my call back information and so far its been 3 days and i haven't heard from anybody yet. Next time i'll just stay at the Marriott across the street which i should have done in the first place. Mehr

I like the location of the hotel and for the dollar amount paid, my expectations were met. I was disappointed in the gym. They built a tiny room with old and outdated machines. The T.V.'s and audio didn't work in the gym either. Additionally, my internet service came in and out and had to call the service desk for their server to be rebooted. Hotel is worn but comfy. Staff is nice and the location is great for access to most of Beverly Hills shopping and dining.

Hotel is a little bit old, but clean and locates in a nice area of LA.

I was surprised by the lack of upkeep in this "Beverly Hills" hotel. The towels were like the thin hard ones from sleepaway camp, the internet slow to a crawl (at 2am!), and the rooms, as if they have not been updated since 1962. The worst part was how my room, and hallway reeked of bacon at 5:30 in the morning.

If you are planning on renting a car and staying at the Crowne Plaza Beverly Hills please be ready to pay $20.00 a day to park it at the hotel. If you try to avoid this ridiculus charge and park on the street you will most likely receive a parking ticket. If I was aware of this fee I would not have stayed at the hotel. The hotel sheets had stains (they […] were washed but still had stains) and when I tried to shower the water was cold so I had to call the concierge to send someone up to fix it. It took them about 20 minutes to come up and another 20 to fix the problem then the matinence worker actually had the odacity to stand around waiting for a tip. The maids are very loud in the morning and even though I had my do not desturb sign on my door and am a heavy sleeper I was still woken up in the morning by their conversations and laughter. Mehr

This hotel was okay for the money I spent - it was close to my office, easy to get to, but there were just a few things that were a little off. 1) Wireless never worked - I was only there for one night, but wireless in the rooms was one of the main reasons I stayed there. 2) The bathroom was small and there was mold in the corners of the shower/tub. 3) […] The Business Services office was pretty tiny - 2 computers only and they were always booked (probably because the wireless in the rooms never worked). I wouldn't recommend it for business travelers but as a basic hotel for tourists it would be okay. Mehr

Great Hotel and good location. I attended a conference at UCLA, and even though it was a couple of miles away, it was still very convenient. Marco

Hotel was very loud, front desk staff was nice. Hotel was very run down, tried to make it over with nice sheets and big flat screen TV's. Bathrooms in serious need of renovation. Marriot Residence Inn accross the street was a much nicer place to stay.

We needed a reasonable priced hotel in the Beverly Hills area. The Crowne Plaza Hotel fitted our needs. We were very happy with our room and the housekeeping staff did a superb job. We ate breakfast in the hotel's restaurant. The food was good and priced accordingly. There are a number of restaurants in the area that we had dinner and they were ok. […] The only complaint was the parking fee of $25 per night. We were not aware of the high fees and realizing after one night of parking of the cost we forfeited the use of a car. I would have liked to know beforehand that there were parking fees. Mehr

Great Room and Service for the Price!

1) No movie channels, and missing key channels like CNN for the duration of my father's stay. 2) Internet did not work. 3) Asked them to clean the room while we were in the lobby for 1.5 hrs, and they did not.

I booked several rooms at the Crowne Plaza Beverly Hills for out-of-town guests who were in LA to celebrate my birthday with me. My parents had stayed there once previously and raved about how comfortable the beds were but I hadn't actually set foot on the property until this past weekend. I have had the pleasure of staying at 5 Star hotels around […] the world and can honestly say that the level of service at the Crowne Plaza Beverly Hills is right up there with the best of them. Rarely have I seen the kind of enthusiasm and sincere eagerness to please. My guess is that the management is doing a fantastic job because everyone from the doorman / valet to the front desk staff were eminently friendly, polite and professional! non lo consiglierei. Hotel simile a un 3 stelle di provincia italiano, pulizia, cortesia e arredamento insufficienti.

ホテル自体は、綺麗な方でしたが、バス、トイレの位置がベッドの真横にドアがあり何か辺な作りでした。 壁が薄いのか隣室のケンカの声が丸聞こえでした。

O ralo da banheira do quarto estava entupido. Ao tomarmos banho o nível d'água subia durante todo o tempo. As toalhas eram meio encardidas. Achamos o quarto pequeno também. Vale pela localização e pelo serviço excelente de concierge.

EL HOTEL ES LINDO, SE ENCUENTRA UBICADO A 10 MINUTOS DE LA RODEO DR. SE PUEDE CAMINAR DE NOCHE PARA PASEAR. LA HABITACION ES NORMAL PERO EL BAÑO ES MUY PEQUEÑO E INCÓMODO. LA GENTE HA SIDO MUY SERVICIAL.

Bom hotel. Muito confortável e com bom acesso. Meu único ponto, que não é um ponto negativo porém vale a pena ser escrito, é que poderia ser um pouco mais próximo a pé, do centro comercial de beverly hills. Porém de carro é super perto. Local calmo e próximo ao centro de carro.
