I enjoy my stay everyone was very nice and helpful

Room was clean. The hotel was not clean in the hallways and the non smoking rooms smelt like smoke. Hallways were dingy and had not been cleaned for a while. Rates were great. But expected more

What more can I say, cheap rates and clean rooms and I am probably harder to please than the average person!! Stay hear because the staff is ready to make your stay pleasurable!!!

First off, when we checked in they gave us instructions and # to the wrong room, and we were trying to get into said room, the occupant of that room opened the door. second when we went down to the desk, we were told that she is new and gave us the correct room #. Once we got into the room, it was spacious, but no kleenex and no trashcans. The pillows […] were so thin that folding them over still didnt make a regular sized pillow. My husband and I were up and down all night, because the bed was so uncomfortable we both woke up with back pain. This is definitely a place we will never stay again. Mehr

Monica and Lillie were on duty and they made my stay very pleasant. They even offered to help me with my bags when I was checking in, but being a gentleman my ego wouldn't allow that.

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The overall appearance of the hotel on the inside was old, bad stains and cheap furniture. The hotel room was supposed to be non-smoking and the way they could claim that was to open the window to get the smoke out. There were cigarette holes on literally every piece of furniture and bedding. I would […] not even walk on the floor in my bare feet it was so bad. Sleeping in the car would have been preferrable had it not been 30 degrees outside. Mehr

I stayed one night while passing through St. Louis. Nice office staff. Conveniently located just off the I70 without the noise. The room smelled pretty badly. Not cigarette smoke but perhaps cigar. You could hear all of your neighbors. The surrounding neighborhood has nothing to offer. There's a Subway sandwich shop just down the street. About what […] I expected for the price I paid - cheap. NB must ask office staff for shampoo and conditioner. Not terrible. Would rate higher without the smell. Mehr

Well the Hotel wasn't as close to Six Flags as I thought, my fault. The hotel was very nice. The staff was great. The only thing that I would suggest a change with is, they don't offer house keeping. To get clean towels, you have to go to the desk , and exchange the dirty ones.

I unloaded bags and took them to the room and l immediately left to get something to eat. When I returned to the room and turned on the lights I noticed the bugs on the floor...roaches. I immediately collected my luggage, checked out and went to another motel. I wouldn't recommend this location at all.

a home away form home a very gracious staff and very accomadating my only complaint was the beds definettly need some matress help but all in all the best stay i have had almst anywhere everything in our suite was in great working order, very very ot while i ws there our room was coler than my home, we enjoyed our stay and he manager was very accomading […] to my needs and wants my thanks go to her and her office manager. The couch in the room was so stained and dirty looking I had to put a sheet over it just to sit down. The facility appeared more like low rent apartments than an extended stay hotel. Both the bed and the couch were uncomfortable. Due to the condition of the couch, which was also a pull out bed, I had to share a bed with my traveling companion despite […] the fact I had paid extra for the room with the additional queen pull out. I am now hesitant to stay in any of this chains properties. Mehr

love the place have church convention and my family alway stay there love the location 30 min for our church been stay there every year for 5 year the staff was great room clean love the kitchette and wii be staying ther next year

We were disappointed in this extended stay. We have stayed in extended stays in the Columbia, Mo. area an had good experiences. The staff in this hotel were nice and did their best to accomodate us, but not always knowledgable about the rooms. We were promised by Hotels.com a deluxe room with a recliner for my husband as he as sleep apnea and must […] sleep in an elevated position. When we arrived, our room did not have a recliner. The desk clerk looked through 3 rooms before she found a recliner. And, it was not in a deluxe room but rather a regular size room. Then, we were promised a non-smoking room as I have asthma and chemical sensitivity. You could tell that the rooms had been smoked in, nicotine was on the wall of the room where it had sweated on the wall paper and our room had cigarette burns on the counters in the bathroom. The clerk said it had not been smoked in. (Hmmm...) Since we arrived late in the evening, we stayed out of necessity. We had to sleep with the window opened on the first floor just to have fresh air which was a bit scary not knowing the neighborhood. I was glad I brought my air freshner (green) to spray every hour or so to contain the smell. The room just did not feel clean. Maybe because it was an older, outdated facility. Then, the bathroom sink was stopped up and we had to call for maintenance. And, if you did not know this, people do live in these extended stays like an apt. So, if you don't like this type of environment, stay in a regular hotel. have had good experiences with Hotels.com before, but they definitely didn't know the whole story on this hotel. Mehr

This is a good place to stay for the price. I would stay again

I got there after check in time about 1 AM. No one was in any fast mode to get me in a room. But the lady was nice. i got free internet for my trouble. but really not that great. The hotel smelled bad and also needs much repair.

After researching and booking a last minute hotel for my daughter's early morning flight out of St. Louis Lambert airport, we were eager to get checked in, get a good night's rest and be ready for her early departure for a semester studying in Greece. HOWEVER, the horrible accommodations started from the beginning...we checked in early in the evening […] after a long drive (2+ hours) and the woman at the front desk was more interested in talking to a colleague about personnel issues, even though I was standing in front of them patiently, When one clerk finally acknowledged me, she looked at me, sighed heavily, rolled her eyes and asked "can I help you?" I told her I made a reservation...REALLY? Apparently my reservation was not worth enough to her to treat me with ANY respect or service. She was rude and gave no information about the hotel. THEN, we went to our room and found it unvacuumed and smelly. We figured we would deal with it and get some rest. As we tried to get to sleep around 10 p.m. the neighbor next door continued to talk loudly on his phone, which was located right even with the head of our bed...He spoke until 2:45 a.m. At approximately 1:50 a.m. I attempted to call the 'after hours' number in hopes to get someone to be able to communicate to our neighbor the inconsideration he was having on our sleep. I dialed the number REPEATEDLY only to have it ring several times and disconnect. I was tempted to call the police to report a disturbance just to get some action. We resigned ourselves to turning up the air conditioning and the refrigerator in order to have noise. Also, my daughter had to sleep with her iPod in order to get to rest. RIDICULOUS!! This was COMPLETELY unacceptable and ridiculous to go through. My daughter was leaving to study for a semester abroad and was not only nervous and anxious but needed some rest...that did NOT happen at the hotel!! I trust hotels.com for what I believed was thorough research on properties, but I question this sel Mehr

Our Girl Scout troop ages 12-15 with 3 leaders stayed 5 nights. This hotel fit our budget perfectly, since the girls covered all costs with their cookie money. It was ideal for preparing our own meals. The hotel was generally pretty quiet, and the staff was amazing. They took care of us, and did everything they could to meet our needs as quickly as […] possible. The halls were warm in the summer, but the lobby and rooms comfortably air conditioned. Rooms were comfortable for 4 guests, but sometimes we had up to 11 at times for meals and game nights. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Grocery stores were a short drive away, and the staff was helpful in giving directions. We highly recommend this hotel for budget-conscious travelers. Mehr

Other than the smoke smell and very dirty carpets (I assume from smoking?) it was a good value for the money and location was easy to find and convenient for seeing St. Louis.

Even though the hotel was no Hilton or something similar to that it was an awesome hotel for the price. The place had a slight smell to it, but I believe that might of been from another patron cooking something in their room. Other then that the staff was awesome and the place was great.

Over all it was a nice hotel. There was a funny smell in the room and the bed was as hard as a rock, but for the price it was OK.
