Tis is the most tiny room I've ever stayed.

We had a very nice stay. Staff was great and everyone was friendly. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Pittsburgh. We'll be back.

The lobby at the Omni is lovely and spacious, and works as a perfect meeting spot for business or pleasure. The full-service Starbucks and Brueggers are an added plus, and the fitness center is adequate to burn off the aforementioned Starbucks and Brueggers. The rooms are fine, standard large-hotel feel.

The entire experience was better then expected. The staff was friendly and helpful and the accommodations were perfect

Room was great. Workout room is very nice and clean. Hint....skip valet parking and park in the lot across the street. Just steps away and saves $20/day.

The one night stay was a comfortable one, and a short walk to the Benedum. The neighborhood was safe, but the noise of busses disturbed the quiet of the room. The sink had a particularly noisy hot water tap, and the bathroom door was cut about 3 inches short of the sill, leaving little mystery to what was happening inside. What is not to love about the Omni William Penn? -- large rooms, 2 bathrooms in our room, goregeous lobby, a Starbucks, great location, super nice staff...especially at Christmas!! Thank you for a great family holiday and Steeler win!!

The best in the Burgh!!!!!

Great Hotel located in heart of pittsburghs financial district. Beatiful interior with grand lobby spacious rooms and decor. Staff extremely pleasant and it hosts a great pub and restaurant.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.We were surprised at how large the rooms were. Mellon square was under construction, which was a disapointment. We were hoping to see more christmas decorations. Apple cider and ice water that was offered in the lobby was a nice treat. I would stay here again.

The hotel was fantastic. Convenient and very nice decor. Double double room was spacious. Staff was friendly. Will stay again without hesitation.

My husband and I really enjoyed are stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. The staff was also very pleasant. We plan on staying there again the next time we are in the area.

Everyone should make it a point to stay at the Omnipresent William Penn Hotel. From the moment you walk into the hotel main lobby....you know you are going to be in for a stay like no other....it is like stepping back in time...when America was thriving. The lobby is simply breathtaking. The hotel's architecture is rich in detail. From outside the hotel […] to inside the hotel one can appreciate the attention to detail to this buildings structure. It is rich with beauty and history. I would recommend it to anyone. We found ourselves wanting to return time and time again for for the Christmas Holiday season because the hotel is so beautifully decorated. Mehr

This is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in. It places the customers back in time and the service is excellent. My husband and I stay two or three times a year. We love the Christmas decorations and the holiday spirit.

This is a lovely hotel, but because we went in November, the hotel had switched over to heat. However, it was not that cold outside so our room was too warm to be comfortable. When we addressed the situation with the hotel, we were told there was nothing we could do but open the windows. When this did not cool our room, the hotel brought up a fan that […] we could put in our opened window. I did not except this much effort in a hotel of this quality. Also, we ate at the hotel restaurant and spend over $100 for two people and the food was subpar. We were given prepared desserts, which were not very good. Good Hotel - Overall it was a pleasant stay. Staff was very courteous and location was great.

Valet was pleasant, check in went smoothly. They fulfilled my online request for a lower floor. The hotel was a pleasant 10 minute walk with children to PNC Park which was safe pre-dusk. The Omni is closer to the Mellon arena and I will definitely stay here for our next hockey game. However, if we do a baseball or football game, I will likely stay at […] the Renaissance (upscale and just over the bridge). Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. My children loved the milk and cookies waiting for us when we arrived back from shopping. I was surprised to see so many people socializing and having cocktails in the large, marble sitting area in the lobby at 9pm on a Monday night. Wouldve been fun to join if they had on site sitters. Gorgeous grand old style hotel; pricey; but well worth it. Close to shopping. The Tap Room food is superb, try their real Cesar Salad, dressing is amazing.

I travel once a summer to downtown pittsbugh for a weekend to go to a pirates game and walk around the city and eat etc. This was my first time staying at the william penn and it a great hotel in a great location once you figure out your walking routes. The grand lobby is amazing and the staff was very nice, the hotel is "old" so the rooms are not […] as large or as modern as newer hotels, but very nice nonetheless. I had a wonderful sleep on the great mattress in the king bed. As much as i like this hotel if i had to choose between it and the Renassaince, id 100% choose the renaissance, as i think it is more conveniently located. hope this helps anyone else who travel to the fine city of pittsbugh. My recent stay at the Omni William Penn Hotel in Pittsburgh, PA was excellent in every way except the poor taxi transportation service. Accessing a taxi was a long and frustrating experience. However, the hotel itself was great: the room, the room service and the hotel staff.

So happy to see the hotel was rennovated so as to not mar the original integrity of the original William Penn Hotel. All the original character has been preserved. Could not be finer!

Hotel was good -Room was not up to price- Both chairs were ripped and damp. Faucet in bathroom dripped and sink plunger did not hold water in the sink

This was a great location for us going to the baseball game, within walking distance. We had great service but the construction noise at 6AM was not pleasant and the pillows were horrible.

The Omni was in a great location to downtown shops, resturants and just a short walk to PNC park!

the Omni has always been a faviorite When I was younger we went to Christmas tea, then I spent my first night in the hotel after we got married. Every Christmas since we moved from Pittsburgh, we came back to stay at the Omni. i has been awhile since we stayed in the Spring, but we enjoyed it. We won't stay anywhere else.....
