Ich war mit meiner Freundin vor Ort. Super hotel und auch von der Lage her ganz gut. Was uns nicht gefallen hat: keine mininar und somit wenn man was trinken möchte, kann man es sich aufs Zimmer bestellen, aber leider kostet dann eine Wasser flasche 10 CAD. Uebliche Hilton-Qualitaet, in walking-distance zum Studentenviertel mit guenstigen Lokalen, in U-Bahn-Naehe und auch in geh-Naehe zum Eaton-Center und Dundas-Square. Zimmer waren gross, aber nicht mehr ganz neu und es gab keine Mini-Bar. Personal am Check-in sehr freundlich. Starbucks ums Eck (fuer Fruehstueck!)

Only in one night to go to the theatre. Enjoyed the stay. Not really very sound proof though. You can hear everything that is happening in the hallway.A lot of security when we came back in for the night. I would book it again though for location and price.

Stay and service was great. Bathroom shower was not cleaned well, clumps of hair and a used bar of soap was found.

Clean, great service, high end bar and restaurant on site... walk to everything.

What a wonderful time. The staff was very polite and helpful. We were minuits from everywhere, and had a wonderful time. I would go here again. I loved the indoor/outdoor pool.

It was very good clean and nice. But wow expensive to buy anything for dinner or lunch 22$ for a grilled cheese sandwiches I don't think so

The service was really quick...everything from ordering up a fridge to getting our car from the valet. The hotel is close to everything downtown as well so very convenient.

The room we got was spacious and clean and of course beautiful. Bathroom was stunning and large glass windows which gave the room a warm feel. View wasn't that great because theyre doing construction from where we stayed but overall definetely recommend this hotel and price was fairly reasonable.

Absolutely wonderful and classy hotel. Very clean and comfortable everyone is always nice. Beautiful view of Toronto and would recommend to anyone. Very fair prices and room size was exquisite!

We found Hilton Toronto perfect for our long weekend. Really friendly and helpful staff who were consistently on top of their game. The location is perfect between the entertainment district, shopping and transport though we had the pleasure of fine weather so walking worked for us. This is a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our needs. The pool was nice and had a unique feature. Would stay there again!

Stayed for four days. This is probably the best Hotel combined when it comes to location, price and availability. Highly recommended.

I left my cell behind in the hotel room when I was rushing to the airport. I found out about it after I was in the air. When I called the hotel security, they were able to secure it and send it back to me. I'm very grateful for that. The only disappointment was the shipping cost me $ 100.00. Why is it so expensive?

The service at the hotel reception desk is not satisfactory and professional. The receptionist who helped my check-in was somewhat rude and bureaucratic, the kind of service you cannot expect at a prestigious hotel.

I just got back from a conference in Toronto where I stayed at Hilton. The hotel was very nice. Staff was very friendly - I was welcomed several times. All my needs were met. Even the waiting staff at Tundra (their restaurant) was nice and efficient. My only complaint is that there should already be free wifi in this day and age. They provide free printing […] though, which was a very nice plus. Overall, it was a great hotel experience and great hotel - better than Sheraton where a friend stayed. Mehr

I spent 3 nights in the Hilton Hotel in Toronto. All I can say that it is a great Hotel, in a great location. I was very satisfied with everything except the internet service in the room, which was not free and a little confusing. But after complaining it was straightened out to my satisfaction.

The Toronto Hilton is a great place to stay. Beautiful rooms, good food and great service. Very convenient location. Highly recommend.

The hotel was as expected very good. Food is great and reasonable in the Tundra restaurant. The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions and bus and rail service, you do not need a car when you visit this hotel.

We loved our stay at the Hilton on Richmond. Originally booked a king room and upon check in it was not a problem to have our room changed to 2 doubles. We were also able to check in early which allowed us to start our shopping early. This hotel is located only a few blocks from the Eatons Centre and many clubs for night time entertainment. We received […] exceptional service at the Hilton and would most definitely stay here again. We were slightly annoyed that WiFi was not included in the room rate but would not deter us from staying here again. We frequently visit Toronto and have stayed in many other hotels in the dowtown area and would have to say that this is one of our most positive experiences. Mehr

Great location, great service, and clean. We were very happy with the hotel, though 2 little things to note that don't affect our ratings. 1. No whirlpool. There's signs around the hotel for a whirlpool, but they don't have one. 2. No pillow options. My husband loved them (really soft), but I like foam/firm. Would have been nice to have an option. Amazing! everything about it... from the veiw of the CN tower to how close we were to nathan philips square. Customer service was amazing. 5 stars!!

Not very happy here. this was the first hotel I have stayed at in over 5 years where wi-fi was NOT included in the room fee. OK. Whatever. I will pay your fee because I have to do some work. What? You don't recognize my name and room number? After 5 tries? Couldn't get a hold of guest services - they never answered. Arrgh!!! Apart from that, nice […] hotel. Mehr

The Hotel suited our needs being so closeto the Opera House.

The hotel was quiet, extremely well maintained, friendly service. The rooms were modern, spacious and comfortable. I would visit this hotel again, for buisiness stay and for a romantic getaway. It was also a great deal for the quality!

What could have been a bad experience was corrected. We had an extremely loud party on our floor. When I reported the noise I was offered a move and then very shortly the hotel security dealt with the disturbance. The remainder stay at the Hilton was a good experience. The location is central to King and Queen St. West shops and dining. Parking was […] too expensive like most of Toronto but the parkig garage was located on site. The service was friendly and prompt.
