  Das Hotel ist preiswert und ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Nur eins habe ich vermisst und zwar Prospekte über die Stadt. Sie waren leider nicht vorhanden und wußte aus diesem Grund nicht, wer organisiert z.B. Rundfahrt in der Stadt.

  Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht schoen, aber guenstig. Nahe Flughafen und Altstadt. Angesichts des hohen Preisniveaus in Qatar ist der Preis fuer das Hotel in Ordnung.

  strictly speaking, I would not consider the Hotel a real 5 star hotel: The Lobby is missing the necessary grandeur, the choice of restaurants is rather limited and the main restaurant is more a buffet restaurant, and one gets the feeling that not everything is really first class. But nevertheless, the hotel is fully ok, friendly and working. Rooms are absolutely fine, clean and nothing is missing. Those who want a little bit more of 5 star feeling can go across the street and try the breakfast buffet or the cigar bar at the Four Seasons Doha: Splendid! But once again, for half the price of the Four Seasons, the Movenpick is fully ok and I would recommend the place.
